Arvee Solutions, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Arvee AmpSmart application (the "App") for iOS, Android, Web, macOS, Linux, and Windows. This Privacy Policy describes what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.

Information We Collect

Usage Analytics

The App uses a self-hosted instance of Matomo, an open-source analytics platform, to collect anonymous usage data. This helps us understand how the App is used and improve it. Matomo collects:

• Events: Screen views, calculation flow selected, calculations completed, errors encountered, and feature usage (e.g., sharing or downloading a report).
• Device information: Device type, operating system and version, app version, screen resolution, and browser user-agent (web only).
• Network information: IP address (anonymized) and a pseudonymous visitor identifier.

Analytics data is sent to our self-hosted Matomo server at matomo.arvee.io. No analytics data is shared with third parties.

Local Storage

The App stores a single preference on your device — whether you have been prompted to leave an app store review — so that it is only asked once. No calculation inputs, results, or other user data is stored on your device.

Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect:

• Personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number
• Location data
• Photos, camera, microphone, or contacts
• Account credentials (the App has no user accounts)
• Calculation inputs or results (all calculations are performed locally on your device and are not transmitted)

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. All analytics are processed on infrastructure operated by Arvee Solutions, Inc.

The App may open links to external websites (such as arvee.io, the Apple App Store, or Google Play) in your device's browser when you tap a link. These external sites have their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained on our self-hosted Matomo server and is subject to our standard data retention practices. Because the data is anonymous and pseudonymous, it cannot be linked to an identifiable individual.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the App does not collect personal information from any user, no special provisions are necessary.

Your Choices

• Analytics: Analytics is only active in production builds of the App. You can limit analytics collection by using your device's built-in privacy controls (e.g., Limit Ad Tracking on iOS, or browser privacy settings on the web).
• Local storage: You can clear the App's local storage at any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings or uninstalling the App.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" above. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
